Thomas Distler (WW7) receives Best Master Thesis award of the German Society for Biomaterials

Thomas Distler, PhD student at the Institute of Biomaterials, was awarded this years’ prize for the Best Masters Thesis in Biomaterials, which is awarded annually by the German Society for Biomaterials (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Biomaterialien e.V., DGBM). The thesis with the title “Vessel Bioplotting for Regenerative Approaches” was supervised by by Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Aldo R. Boccaccini in collaboration with Dr. Rainer Detsch at the Institute of Biomaterials.

The prize was awarded at the annual meeting of the DGBM, held in Braunschweig between November 8th and 10th 2018, where Mr Distler presented the key results of the project.
